I have spent the last 20 years learning to build inspirational structures that represent the desires and needs of their owners. I have had the opportunity to work with old world craftsmen and cutting edge designers. New technologies such as sophisticated CAD/BIM/CAM software have allowed architects and builders design and fabricate precision built homes and commercial buildings. This precision inspired me to search for an exterior envelope system that provided excellent insulating characteristics, unlimited design flexibility, straight forward engineering, and automated fabrication capabilities. With our SIPs we believe we have found that mix of characteristics.
NE SIPs utilizes the 3D modeling & panelization CAD/CAM software to panelize our customers' designs and directly fabricate engineered panels on the most powerful CNC panel milling machines in the United States. We utilize this software and equipment to reduce design and estimating time, and produce exactly what is required in a systematic and quality controlled manner.
Our people are highly trained specialists with a vision to streamline the exterior envelope building process. We also will take responsibility for installation or work closely with your general contractor to streamline the installation process.
