NorthEast SIPsNorthEast SIPs is an independent distributor of SIPs in the Northeast of the United States. We distribute precision-cut SIPs from EPS Buildings and The Murus Company — panels that create airtight building envelopes and give designers real flexibility to achieve their clients’ goals.
Our mission is to deliver a precise, simple and sustainable building envelope. We work closely with owners, designers and builders to make sure the building is straighter, stronger and more energy efficient than old-fashioned stick buildings. We work with both residential and commercial clients.

Design services
Many of our residential clients are looking for a simple design service to help them draft their ideas for a dream home. Sophisticated architects often are just trying to understand how best to utilize the flexibility that SIPs can allow. We offer drafting and 3D modeling services to accomplish these tasks at affordable rates, often included in our SIP packages.
Engineering
Through our partner SIP manufacturers we offer residential and commercial engineering. Often our engineering services are limited to the SIPs themselves, but we can also do comprehensive project-level engineering. NorthEast SIPs helps coordinate and manage the project through the often confusing structural design of a high performance building.
Fabrication
NorthEast SIPs will manage the entire relationship with your SIP manufacturer. We will procure estimates, manage schedules, and help you review shop drawings. We have owned a SIP manufacturer ourselves, so we know how to negotiate the best SIP package for your project. We only use manufacturers that provide engineered shop drawings and precision, CNC controlled fabrication processes.
Delivery
Our pricing always includes delivery of the SIP package to your site. We have the knowledge to review the unique last-mile issues that many sites have and determine the best process to get the SIPs to your site.
On-site installation consulting
We believe that SIP erection is straightforward and intuitive. 90% of our projects are completed by local framers working with SIPs for the first time. If your local GC or framers need assistance, we can provide help tailored to your needs: ranging from shop-drawing review and phone support, to on-site start-up training, to full erection leadership. We are available to assure the correct installation of your SIPs.
We have completed hundreds of projects throughout the Northeast (and most of the USA) — from small ADUs and cabins, to custom hunting cabins in the middle of nowhere, to traditional homes providing a healthy and efficient place to raise your family. We have also provided unique solutions for large commercial buildings, sometimes using our SIP package for the entire structure, sometimes just for the roof or wall envelope on a structural steel building.
