You send us your drawings and goals. We return a panel package: panel layout, engineering, CNC fabrication and delivery to your site.
Panels arrive numbered and sequenced to a layout you have already approved, so the envelope that shows up fits the plans it came from. Nothing gets cut to fit on the deck because the fabrication was done at the factory.
What comes with it
We offer two types of SIP packages.
SIPs only package
This package includes engineered shop drawings, all the SIPs, SIP screws, sealant and surface splines needed, and delivery. We typically use the SIPs only package for timber frames, small projects, and roof or wall packages only. Typically no 2x lumber is included in this package.
Comprehensive SIPs and framing package
This package includes engineered structural drawings for the entire project — excluding the foundation — and all materials specified on the drawings: the SIPs, engineered floor systems (joists and subfloor), engineered beams, headers and posts, engineered open-web joists and trusses, Simpson connectors and holddowns, engineered steel beams and moment frames, and anything else specified on the drawings. It’s everything you need to build the structural part of your building, delivered to your site.
We will discuss with you the pros and cons of which package you might want to go with.
Who makes the panels
We distribute EPS Buildings and Murus panels — two of the leading SIP manufacturers. Each of these firms delivers precise, CNC-cut SIPs with similar performance characteristics. Which one suits a job depends on the package type ordered, complexity, geometry, distance to the project, and lead time; we will tell you plainly which we would use and why.
Where we deliver
We deliver regularly to Connecticut, New York, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. We quote outside that footprint too, whenever the job is big enough to make the freight work — ask and we will tell you plainly.
